Our pay-by-phone service accepts secure payments any time, day or night. Simply have your BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina ID number handy and give us a call at 855-404-6752. Select option 1.
Pay online
You can pay online anywhere, anytime by logging into My Health Toolkit®. You can also pay your bill through our free mobile app.
Pay in person
Visit at a South Carolina BLUESM retail center to pay your bill in person. There are locations in Greenville, Columbia, Mount Pleasant and Myrtle Beach.

With the My Health Toolkit mobile app, your benefits information goes with you wherever you go. The app is available at no cost. To download it, search for My Health Toolkit in the App Store or Google Play.
