BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina opened enrollment for consumers who are shopping without a subsidy. You can get a quote and enroll your clients in an off-exchange 2023 BlueEssentials℠, BlueExclusive℠, BlueExtend℠ or Blue VirtuConnect plan! 

Remember that consumers not eligible for subsidies can see cost-savings in BlueCross Silver plans off-exchange. 

How to Quote and Enroll Non-Subsidized 2023 Plans: 

You will need to use Shop & Apply to quote and enroll your clients from now until Nov. 1, 2022. Shop & Apply can be accessed through My Business Manager.
 
Starting Nov. 1, you can use Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) to enroll on and off-exchange 2023 ACA plans.
