Change to Select Plan WakeMed Network PLUS for 2020

Effective January 1, 2020, we are making a change to the WakeMed Network PLUS tier of the Select Plan. With this change, Select Plan members may be able to access specific services not fully offered at WakeMed at the WakeMed Network PLUS rate when using any contracted BCBSNC provider. These services have previously been available at this rate when using Duke Health providers only. This change does not impact the Premiere Plan and does not constitute a reason for members to change their plan elections for 2020.
